JustSharper.com ships products UPS Ground or U.S.P.S. for a flat fee of $7.95. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped by standard UPS Ground and Insured. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours unless the product is a special order. Only purchasers whose orders are shipped by UPS and who have email addresses will receive shipping verification by email with delivery date and tracking number.

On orders under $50 we may ship by US Priority Mail when appropriate. If you have a Post Office Box, we will ship by US Priority Mail. Shipping to Hawaii must be by US Mail or UPS / FEDEX next day or second day air. We generally offer one service for International shipping. U.S.P.S. Express Mail ($35). 

 

We are confident you'll be happy with your knife sharpener. If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return your product purchase, the product can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase (Shipping charges are not refundable). Customers must obtain a Return Authorization #  before attempting to return any product.  Please contact us within 30 days with any problems or concerns with your JustSharper.com product.  We will then issue you a Return Authorization #. This number must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.

 We will not be obligated to accept any returns of any product submitted more than 60 days after our shipment date, excluding returns of a defective product.  Return Authorization #'s are not valid after 30 days from the date of issue.

Non-defective products that are returned for any reason other than a miss-ship of product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product must be received by us in original condition and within 30 days of shipping date, or it cannot be accepted for return.
