Any defective product can be returned for full refund within 30 days of receipt of the product. However, you must first obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to return the product. We cannot accept any returned product without a valid RA#

We will not be obligated to accept any returns of a product submitted more than 60 days after shipment of such product to customer, excluding returns of a defective product. RA#'s are only valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue.
RESTOCKING FEES
Non-defective merchandise returned for any reason other than a miss-ship of product , will be subjest to a 15% restocking fee. Product must be received in original condition and within 30 days of our shipping date, or it cannot be accepted for return. It must have a Return Authorization #.
